How to measure yourself

This measurement is different from the one you might know from classic size charts, but it’s the most accurate way to find your perfect fit.

Grab a tape measure.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Locate your sacrum - the flat bone just above your buttocks.
Place the start of the tape measure there.
Follow the illustration: measure yourself diagonally under your belly.
Use the number you just measured and match it to the size chart.

If your number falls between two sizes, choose the smaller one. Hugup fabric has a bit of stretch and adapts with you.

Dzięki Hugupowi byłam aktywna aż do ostatnich dni przed porodem (na zdjęciu jestem w 39. tygodniu!) W zasadzie nie wyobrażam sobie ostatnich tygodni ciąży bez niego. Świetnie podtrzymuje brzuch i ramiona, utrzymując wyprostowaną sylwetkę, o którą tak ciężko w trakcie ciąży. Materiał jest wysokiej jakości - mimo noszenia nic się z nim nie dzieje. Na pierwsze założenie polecam odpalić filmik na YouTubie, żeby wiedzieć, co z czym połączyć. Jak już się to ogarnie to codzienne zakładanie idzie całkiem szybko.

Szczególnie fajnie sprawdza się w chłodniejsze dni, bo można go nosić na różne sposoby i łatwo dopasować do ubrań. I to chyba najbardziej mi się w nim podoba: daje potrzebne wsparcie, a przy okazji wygląda bardzo stylowo. Tym większy plus, bo rzeczy dla kobiet w ciąży najczęściej skupiają się na ergonomii a nie na wyglądzie. Polecam wszystkim przyszłym mamom, które chcą pozostać aktywne przez całą ciążę lub szukają odciążenia w ostatnich miesiącach.

I’ve been looking for something to help with really bad PGP this pregnancy. As a plus-size mum I’ve always been weary of products because so often they aren’t designed for my body type.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fit and accuracy of this product. Using the measurements on their site, you are able to get a great fit. The adjustment is easy enough to do yourself but it is easier if someone can help!

The weight that gets taken off and displaced to your shoulders helps alleviate pressure. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant with a large for gestational age babe who has been wreaking havoc on my hips. Wearing this bodysuit has been the only thing to give me any relief.

The craftsmanship of the product is beautiful, excellent quality and a pull tab has been included to make zipping it up yourself easy to do. I would recommend this particularly if you are struggling with pains in pregnancy.

Now approaching 30 weeks pregnant, I'm really appreciating a little extra support as my bump grows and my body continues to change. I love how Hug Up is designed to gently support your bump and lower back, offering full-body support without that restrictive shapewear feeling.

I also love how stylish it is. It's something you can feel good wearing whether you're out and about or relaxing at home. The attention to detail and beautiful packaging are lovely touches too. A really thoughtful product for supporting women through the changing stages of pregnancy!

A pregnancy wardrobe essential!

I absolutely love my Hugup pregnancy bodysuit! It’s so comfortable to wear with my growing bump and makes putting an outfit together so much easier. It’s a great staple for everyday wear, whether styled up or kept casual. As I get closer to my due date, comfort is everything, and this is definitely a piece I keep reaching for. Would recommend to any expectant mum looking for comfortable, easy-to-style pregnancy wear!

The relief this bodysuit brings the moment I put it on is honestly like stepping into a warm bath. The thick elasticated straps lift my bump off my pelvis, evenly distributing the weight across my shoulders and back. This has really took the strain off my pelvic girdle pain.

The thick lower band gives me so much support for my hip and back pain, the quality of the fabric is brilliant. I've used other ones before and they've been quite weak, but this one is made of a good quality strong breathable material and the long ribbon pull makes it easy to zip up myself too.

If you're struggling through pregnancy like I have been, I can't recommend it enough.
