When will I get my order?

We keep it simple, so you always know what to expect. 

Once your order is placed, we take 1-2 working days to get it ready for dispatch. 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ship the next working day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the following working day.

This means that you will have to wait the longest if you place your order on Thursday afternoon, as we will ship your parcel on Monday.

Bank holidays? Things may take a little longer, since processing and shipping orders only happens on working days.
