• Delivery time: 1 working day

• Cost: free

• Tracking: every parcel is tracked

Poland

Carriers:

• InPost lockers - delivery within 1 to 2 working days

• InPost courier - delivery within 1 to 2 working days

• DHL - delivery within 1 to 2 working days

• Cost: free

European Union

• Carrier: DPD International

• Delivery time: between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the country

• Cost: free

• Tracking: every parcel is tracked

When we ship your order?

We keep it simple, so you always know what to expect. If you place your order before 12:00 PM ( British time) or 1:00 PM ( Polish time), we will ship it the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. This means that you will have to wait the longest if you place your order on Thursday afternoon, as we will ship your parcel on Monday.

Bank holidays? Things may take a little longer, since shipping only happens on working days.
