When we ship your order?
We keep it simple, so you always know what to expect. If you place your order before 12:00 PM ( British time) or 1:00 PM ( Polish time), we will ship it the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. This means that you will have to wait the longest if you place your order on Thursday afternoon, as we will ship your parcel on Monday.
Bank holidays? Things may take a little longer, since shipping only happens on working days.

No. Shipping is free for all orders to the EU and UK, regardless of the destination.
When will my order be shipped if I place it after the cut-off?
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next working day.

Yes. Bank holidays in the UK and Poland may affect processing, dispatch and delivery times.
